The BFP460 Board is a medium power amplifier for conductive RF applications. The board contains the necessary components to operate at frequencies up to 1 GHz and is suitable for operation in either class AB or class D amplifier configurations. The compact board is suitable for evaluation and development in many applications.The BFP460 Board consists of four components: two amplifier cores, a power supply and a power supply module. The amplifier cores are configured with an integrated full bridge driver and an external power amplifier. The power supply module provides power for the amplifier cores and the power supply. The module is rated to provide up to 20 A of current for sustained reliable power conversion.The BFP460 board is designed to be used in many applications. Some of these applications include RF wireless communications, medical imaging and diagnostics, test equipment, and consumer electronics. The board is designed to be especially useful for applications which require higher power and sensitivity, such as medical imaging.
