The BFP460H6433XTMA1 is a PNP, low frequency, high power, wideband NPN transistor by Infineon Technologies, designed to suit high power demands in RF applications. It is a bipolar junction transistor and is capable of delivering up to 3A current capability at high−frequency. This device has been specifically designed to replace the BJT design due to its superior performance capabilities in RF applications. The BFP460H6433XTMA1 is suited to a wide range of applications such as power amplifiers and power amplifiers in repeat signaling systems, as well as wireless local loops and wireless base stations.

The BFP460H6433XTMA1 features a wide-band, low-noise performance through the combination of high-speed Cbbi and the JFET input structure. It also offers improved linearity compared to conventional HBT semiconductor solutions, enabling higher efficiency and longer battery life. This input signal induces a voltage across the ABJ and it, in turn, controls the collector-emitter current (CEI). The collector-emitter current is then amplified by the current gain of the transistor and passed through the collector-emitter junction (CEJ) to the output. The gain of the transistor increases with increasing CEI and decreases with increasing ABJ.
