The CPC3909CTR is an enhancement-mode n-channel power MOSFET with a high-voltage TrenchFET structure. It is classed as an automotive-grade device, rated at 100 volts and 40 amps. It has a parasitic bipolar transistor built in, and the low-sleep-state resistance leads to reduced power consumption. It is suitable for use in applications such as high-side switching, low-side switching, and gate drive in general.

This MOSFET is designed for use in automotive non-isolated DC/DC converters, and as such it has a fully isolated package.
