The CY7C025AV-20AXI(“CY7C025” hereafter) is an extremely advanced, high-performance memory device designed and manufactured by Cypress Semiconductor Corp. It is a low-power, 8 Megabit (Mbit), synchronous, electrically erasable and programmable read-only memory (EEPROM).
