Working Principle
The FM25L04B-G device is a four-terminal serial EEPROM that uses an asynchronous three-volt, serial interface. The device consists of a Control Logic, EEPROM Array, and Control Gates. The EEPROM array consists of 512 x 8-bit of memory cell and 2 x 8 bits of control logic.
