RF Transceiver ICs are a key component of any wireless system. The JN5139/Z01,531 radio transceiver integrated circuit (IC) is a feature-rich, low-power, long-term evolution (LTE) system-on-chip (SoC) that enables high performance and cost-effective LTE wireless solutions.
The JN5139/Z01,531 long-range-RF transceiver ICs have a 3dB operating bandwidth range of 10 to 10 MHz and include a single-ended RF output driving up to +5 dBm into 50 ohms. The JN5139/Z01,531 transceiver ICs are optimized for use in long-distance, low-data-rate applications, with minimal power consumption. They can be used in a variety of applications, such as radio link, remote wireless sensors, agricultural data communication, communication with satellites, and machine-to-machine communications. In addition, its I/Q matched transmitter and receiver chain with up to +7 and -155dBm respectively makes it ideal for use in industrial wireless applications.
The working principle of the JN5139/Z01,531 transceiver ICs is based on that of conventional radio transmitters and receivers. The main operational part of the transceiver ICs is the RF transceiver module, which is an integrated chip with a dedicated transmit and receive function. The RF transceiver module includes a dual-gain stage low noise amplifier, an multiplexer, mixers, a transmitter modulator, transmitter power amplifier, transmitter filter, receiver low-noise amplifier, receiver mixer, receiver demodulator, and receiver filters.
