The KSA708CYTA is an amplifier transistor of the Bipolar Junction Transistor (BJT) type. It is categorised as a single device, meaning its central NPN transistor has just one PNP base bringing together the two regions of highly doped negative and positive charge carriers. In comparison to dual transistors, in which each region has two PNP bases, input and output transistors, the single device offers cost and space efficiencies.
