The KSA709COTA is a commonly used p-channel depletion-mode MOSFET (Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor) characterized by low threshold voltage and high current gains. It is a part of the family of metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors (MOSFETs), which are represented by n-channel and p-channel types.

The drain current of MOSFET depends on the state of the two input terminals, i.e. Drain and Source, and affects the output, which is determined by the drain current and drain-source voltage.
