The LMX2325TMX is a Clock/Timing Chipset designed to generate precision timing signals that can be used in a wide variety of applications. The LMX2325TMX features on-chip PLLs, frequency synthesizers and programmable dividers which make it ideally suited for timing related applications such as clock/timing generation, system clocking, signal synchronization, signal modulation/demodulation, and system clock management.Application Field and Working Principle
The LMX2325TMX is typically used in applications such as clock/timing generation, signal synchronization, clock management and related applications. Additionally, the LMX2325TMX can be used as a general purpose PLL, frequency synthesizer and programmable divider.The core of the LMX2325TMX is a highly integrated PLL, frequency synthesizer, and programmable divider. The chip can generate output frequencies from 1 Hz up to as high as 200 MHz. The PLL is designed to maintain the output frequency accuracy to +/- 5%-1%, with typical jitter of less than 1 picosecond (ps).
