As a fully integrated device, it offers improved performance over discrete designs, with reduced board area and cost, while still offering flexibility and scalability.The LNK363DN includes all the key operating functions necessary for a complete power supply, including a 700V power MOSFET switch, a highly efficient synchronous rectifying scheme, power MOSFET gate driver, soft-start, current limit, overvoltage protection and overcurrent protection.The LNK363DN provides an adjustable output voltage range of up to 28V V, with an external feedback voltage divider set to respond to an AC mains voltage. It requires a line frequency of 50-60Hz with no need for any additional components. The output is adjustable, with a standard voltage range of 0-14V.The device also offers additional features, such as synchronous rectification, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection and thermal protection.The LNK363DN is designed for a maximum output power of 3.5W, covering a wide range of applications from 1W to 3.5W.
