MAP5KE7.0CA is a transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode designed to conduct the high surge current while protecting sensitive electronic circuits from voltage transients generated by inductive load switching and lightning strikes. This TVS has a 7V breakdown voltage and 5500W peak pulse power dissipation capability, making it suitable to be used in low-voltage automotive and consumer-level applications.
