The RN1105CT–TPL3 is a single pre-biased bipolar junction transistor (BJT). It was developed as a self-contained solution for a wide array of power supply applications. The RN1105CT–TPL3 is designed to provide effectively constant current with minimal voltage drop across a wide range of operating temperatures and load conditions.
