TIP2955G is a PNP power transistor formed by using a high cell density HBT technology. It is used as a switch to turn one drive voltage or current component on or off. The device changes an input signal into a power signal for on/off control. It features high gain, low collector-emitter saturation voltage and excellent thermal stability.

Working Principle:
