TL594IPWR is a pulse width modulator (PWM) controller IC that provides superior performance in a wide range of voltage regulator and DC-DC switching controller applications. It is designed to be a direct replacement for the popular TL594IP and has increased power handling capability, expanded temperature range and improved performance and protection features.
