The MOSFET switches ensure fast switching and high efficiency during operation. The output voltage is adjustable from 0 to 5V with ±2% accuracy. A low standby current is enabled thanks to the current limiting active clamping circuit and an adjustable current limit value is available with a hysteretic control.The power management integrated circuit (PMIC) provides an efficient and reliable solution for many power supply applications. The TNY288KG supports input voltage ranges between 12V and 600V and output current up to 15A.
