The TNY275PG is a controllerless offline flyback power switch offering primary-side regulation, mains-level PFC and a soft start current limiting circuit. TNY275PG offers leading path voltage mode control and is available in a SO8 package, with an integrated FOD84 thermal feedback MOSFET. Working Principle

TNY275PG is a controllerless offline flyback power switch with primary-side regulation. It integrates a current-mode PFC controller and a Boost diode, which enables primary-side regulation. The device offers user-friendly startup and protection features. It operates in a valley-switching control topology, which is independent from the loop control, lead-lag or synchronous rectifier PWM control, allowing it to use a variety of PWM algorithms for primary-side control.

TNY275PG has an integrated FOD84 thermal feedback MOSFET, which is used to reduce power losses and improve the efficiency of the flyback converter.
