TRF3761 is a high-performance integrated frequency synthesizer chip which combines the RF front-end and direct programming digital signed-magnitude frequency synthesizer with integrated special functions. The fractional-N divider (FND) of the digital synthesizer is used to reduce the VCOs’ frequency pull-in accuracy, while the radio front-end is used to reduce close-in phase noise. The integration of these two components also improves the spurious-free dynamic range of the system. This chip is suitable for lightweight and small form factor applications.

TRF3761-FIRHAT is one of the clock generators based on TRF3761 which offers an instantaneous frequency hopping scheme. It can provide efficient working with low-cost frequency synthesizers. Its emphasis is on quick frequency hopping and multipath flexibility when the input signal is corrupted by environmental noise effects.
