XP0431100L is a pre-biased transistor array designed for a wide range of applications. It is formed by five NPN bipolar transistors (BJT) in Darlington configuration. The Darlington structure, also known as super-beta, allows the device to achieve gains up to 1000, with very low base currents. As a result, it can drive loads with very high efficiency while maintaining a high degree of linearity even at high currents.
