The 2SA1727TLP is a single dissipative, NPN transistor with a maximum power dissipation of 1.2W. It has a maximum collector current of 10A, a collector emitter voltage of 180V and a maximum collector emitter voltage of 163V. This transistor is designed for applications such as power amplifiers, signal processing and audio amplifiers.The 2SA1727TLP is a two-terminal NPN device. Its circuit symbol is shown in Figure 1. The two terminals of the transistor are the base and the collector. The base terminal is where the current is injected and the collector is where the current is collected.
