AOI4TL60 is a type of MOSFET (Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor) which belongs to the single type of FETs. It is commonly used in power electronics applications because it provides a high degree of control over the input and output signals. This type of transistor is commonly used in digital or analog circuits, such as in power circuits, analog amplifiers, digital-to-analog converters and digital-to-analog mixers.

A MOSFET is a type of FET where the gate electrode is insulated from the semiconductor substrate.
