AON3414 is a single-channel field-effect transistor (FET) with a maximum drain current of 45 A, a RDS(on) value of 28 mΩ, and an operating voltage from -40V to -100V. The FET is equipped with an advance technology, enabling it to effectively regulate the output current, improving its operation efficiency. AON3414, like all field-effect transistors, including bipolar junction transistors and insulated-gate bipolar transistors, relies on a gate terminal to control the current flowing between the two other terminals, the source and the drain.
