FDS2070N7 is a product of Fairchild Semiconductor and is a part of the FDSxx70 family of N-Channel Enhancement Mode Field Effect Transistors (EnhFETs). It is a single device that includes a 2-channel N-MOSFET (2N7002A) and a driver design which is optimized for various applications where paraticularly low-current switching is used.
