The FM25V02A-DGTR is a 2 megabit, dual-bank non-volatile memory device operated by a low 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply voltage. It integrates the EEPROM technology to achieve an ultra low power operation in a small footprint. It contains two independent banks of 768K x 8-bit of EEPROM, for a total of 2Mbits memory capacity.
