It is designed primarily to work in high breakdown voltage, high speed switching and low-power dissipation applications. With its convenient gate and drain voltage control, the N-channel MOSFETs are used in high-speed/high-frequency linear/switching power applications, including power control, secondary side protection, high-voltage imaging and many other applications.
