PMIC - Gate Drivers

IR2102S is an integrated 12-pin high and low side gate driver, suited for 100V IGBTs and MOSFETs. The integrated active Miller clamp, slow complementary turn-off and input pre-driver enable the device to offer high performance, low leakage and improved system reliability.
