IR2105 Application Field and Working Principle

IR2105 is a highly integrated gate drive IC designed to drive medium to high-power MOSFETs and IGBTs. It integrates dual half-bridges, building blocks for three-phase and four-phase inverters and other high-power applications. IR2105 Working Principle
