The IR21074S is a low-side Gate Driver designed for driving power MOSFETS and IGBTs in various switching power converters. It is fabricated using Infineon\'s proprietary high-voltage BCD process, providing excellent performance, ruggedness and flexibility.

The IR21074S can operate with a power supply range of 2.5 - 20 V, making it suitable for a wide variety of applications. It is capable of driving up to a 75A load with a maximum output current of 2A, making it ideal for powering high power MOSFETS and IGBTs.

The IR21074S is built on a seven-layer, double-sided dielectric core substrate, which results in reduced external EMI emissions.
