The IRDC3897 is an intelligent phase-shifted full bridge (IPF) driver controller with integrated power MOSFETs and is classified as an Evaluation Boards - DC/DC & AC/DC (Off-Line) SMPS. This driver control IC helps to enhance system efficiency without compromising performance, making it suitable for a wide range of applications from automotive, telecommunications, computing, consumer, and industrial markets.

The IRDC3897 has a host of desirable features, including a programmable dead time, peak current limit, and infinite-cycle modulation that can be used to change the current limit at any point in the switching cycle.
