LM5104SD/NOPB is a high-current, peak-current, dual low-side N-channel MOSFET driver in the Texas Instruments family of gate drivers. It offers a current rating up to 4A, with a peak-current rating of 8A. The driver also features low thermal resistance, low quiescent current, and a wide operating temperature range.
