An MCH3375-TL-H is a type of Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor, or MOSFET. MOSFETs are a type of voltage-controlled transistor, meaning that they can act on an input control voltage to produce changes to a resistor or a device attached to the transistor. The MCH3375-TL-H is a single MOSFET transistor.

MOSFET transistors are made from Silcon, and the MCH3375-TL-H transistor is a high voltage single source device. It also has an on-resistance of 18 Ohms or less, ensuring excellent performance.
