MUR820 Application Field and Working Principle

Introduction

MUR820 is one of the most common types of rectifier diodes. It is a single-phase, low-current rectifier diode for general-purpose use. The MUR820 is rated for 8 A (maximum) forward current, 200-220V reverse voltage (metallurgically bonded types only) and 2A reverse current. Working Principle
