The NM27C040Q150 is a member of the NM27C040Q family of SCSI Ultra2 Fast-Wide differential SCSI device, developed and manufactured by On Semiconductor. The chip offers a data transfer rate of up to 40 megabits per second, and is designed for use in high-speed data acquisition, data storage, and signal processing applications. The NM27C040Q150 is a 16Mbits CMOS Single-Level Cell Non-Volatile Memory (NVM), which provides multi-block storage and program execution capabilities in a single device.
