STGP30NC60S is a member of the STGP30 Series of advanced high voltage insulated gate bipolar transistors (IGBTs) from STMicroelectronics. The device features an optimized conduction losses, ultra-low switching losses, reverse blocking capability and soft turn-off. It is designed specifically to optimize the performance of hard switched converters operating at frequencies up to 20 kHz.
