The 2SC2655-O(TE6,F,M) transistor is a silicon NPN epitaxial planar type transistor, often used in switching, voltage amplification and linear amplification. It is mainly composed of three terminals, namely emitter (E), collector (C) and base (B). The 2SC2655-O(TE6,F,M) is used in various applications, but is most commonly used in transistor switching, amplifying, AF and oscillation circuits.The working principle of 2SC2655-O(TE6,F,M) is based on the idea of controlling current by voltage. The base-emitter junction of the transistor acts like a diode, and can be forward- or reverse-biased. When the base-emitter junction is forward biased, current can flow from the collector to the emitter. This current is called the collector current, or IC.
