2SC5130 is a NO4F to-220 NPN Transistor, mainly used for power amplifier applications. It was developed to achieve enhanced gain and excellent linearity performance. This means it can provide high output power with minimal distortion.

The 2SC5130 is ideal for applications ranging from general purpose switching to moderate power high-frequency amplifiers, radio and television systems, audio equipment, and industry-used high-speed amplifiers. Most commonly, it is found in stereo or home theater amplifiers because of its power and higher frequency processes.

The transistor has a 3-pin arrangement; one being the Emitter, the second being the Collector and the third being the base.
