The 2SC5172 is a NPN silicon transistor, belonging to the family of Bipolar Junction Transistors (BJT). It is a single transistor and has the letter designation of YAZK,Q,M.

The 2SC5172 is primarily used in the applications which require high power, low-frequency switching and amplification.
