The 2SC5706-E is a bipolar junction transistor (BJT) that is designed for low noise amplifier (LNA) communication systems. It offers excellent linearity performance with low noise over a wide dynamic range. The 2SC5706-E is a NPN type BJT with an Aluminum-Gallium-Arsenide (AlGaAs) base, allowing the transistor to operate at both dc and rf frequencies. The collector region is lightly doped with a high-density boron or arsenic, which gives the transistor its high efficiency and low noise characteristics.
