2SC6011 Application Field and Working Principle
The 2SC6011 is a silicon NPN bipolar junction transistor (BJT) designed for use with audio amplifiers and switching applications. This transistor has an on-chip zener diode that can be used for voltage clamping.It is capable of operating up to 100mA I^C and offers a decent Frequency range between 400MHz and 2GHz.The 2SC6011 has a typical Voltage gain of 140, which means it amplifies signals with a voltage gain of 140. This makes it suitable for use as an amp in audio applications. It also offers a decent current gain of 70, which makes it suitable for switch applications. It can also support high operating temperatures up to +150°C.The 2SC6011 can be used in various applications such as audio, switching and motor control applications.
