2SD2439 is a type of bipolar junction transistor (BJT) that belongs to the Single type. This type of transistor is usually used as a high-gain amplifier, an oscillator or a switch, or all three. As an amplifier, it can amplify small voltage signals to be used as a signal generator or as an enable/disable control line driver. 2SD2439 is a PNP type of BJT, able to handle current from 10mA to 100mA. It also has a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 40V, and collector-base voltage of 50V. It has a collector-emitter saturation voltage of 0.4V, and collector-emitter breakdown voltage of 30V. Its DC current gain ranges from 170 to 320, with a reverse current leakage rate between 10uA and 500uA depending on temperature.
