2SD2642 is a single crystal epitaxial NPN transistor which has a high voltage and high speed. It can be used for audio frequency general purpose and driver applications in a very wide range of industrial and consumer product. The design of 2SD2642 offers a high hFE linearity, low noise, and low crossover distortion.

The 2SD2642 is a bend-gate construction, NPN transistor designed for use in high-current, high-voltage applications up to 120V. It features a very low voltage drop, wide bandwidth, low saturation voltage, and superior frequency characteristics. The device also features low noise, high gain linearity, and low distortion.
