AON2812

AON2812 is a 28nm CMOS technology device with an ultra-tight 2µm gate pitch. It is a programmable analog switch and is designed for a wide range of applications, including high-speed/high-precision switching systems, radiation-hardened systems, and high temperature systems. The device is made from a single polysilicon layer with transistors connected in series and with gates perpendicular to the substrate.
