The AON6884L is a low voltage single channel logic level N-Chmosfet power switch array. The device consists of two ARRAYS and is specifically designed to reduce the overall power consumption of a system. The AON6884L is able to drive a Low Side FET with a low-side gate source voltage that is as little as 0.4V.
