AON6538 is a small, low-voltage, low-power, self-biased N-Channel Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor (MOSFET) specially designed for RF applications. Developed by Advanced Semiconductor Inc, the transistor is capable of providing high-precision distortion-free performance.
