AON6530

AON6530 is a 90V single N-channel enhancement mode power MOSFET. It is widely applied in multiple fields, including battery powered circuits, mobile devices, radio frequency amplifier etc.

As an enhancement mode power MOSFET, AON6530 can be operated with a relatively low gate to source voltage and low power. The low gate drive voltage and minimal gate drive power enable it to be efficiently driven from either 3V or 1.8V digital signals.

The high current carrying capability, large gain (gm) of AON6530 makes it very suitable for various mobile power applications. The wide range of VGS operation of this device (1.8V to 7V) makes it suitable for all battery chemistries, achieving up to 2.3A to 3A.

AON6530 also features C-channel technology, avoiding the Negative-Service-Temporary-Capacitance (NSTC) effect. This advantage reduces the time it takes for a signal to drive through the device, thus improving system performance.

In terms of maximum drain to source voltage (VDS), AON6530 has the ability to support a continuous VDS of up to 90V and a maximum of 100V, compensating for the voltage drop induced by the wiring resistance due to long distance. This feature makes AON6530 suitable for long distance and differential signal transmission, such as Ethernet and CAN network signal transmission.

In addition, the on-site low gate and low drain-source charging of AON6530 also allows fast switching, thus reducing signal propagation delay and increasing system performance. With regard to short circuit protection, AON6530 has an avalanche current capability, which can protect the device from accidental conditions, providing reliable performance and greater system stability.
