AON6522 is an advanced self-powered low voltage over voltage protection (UVP) integrated circuit from Alpha and Omega semiconductor (AON). It is designed for controlling the supply voltage of memories and other over voltage sensitive devices in battery powered applications. The AON6522 is mainly used for mobile products since it can adjust the power supply voltage according to the battery voltage.
