AON7820 is an advanced MOSFET array manufactured by Alpha and Omega Semiconductor (AOS), one of the leading providers of analog and power management integrated circuits. The AON7820 uses a two-transistor, eight-channel array of low-voltage integrated logic-level MOSFETs designed to provide high-efficiency power switching in a wide range of applications. The AON7820 is a dual N-channel MOSFET array, which means it has two output channels driven from two input signals.
