APT100MC120JCU2 Application Field and Working Principle

A APT100MC120JCU2 is an N-Channel enhancement mode field-effect transistor (NMOSFET). It is a high-performance, low-cost N-Channel MOSFET designed to replace traditional operational amplifier (op-amp) circuits, ultimately achieving higher speed and higher power reduction.
