The AUIRS20302S is a Populated Package Gate Driver PMIC (Power Management Integrated Circuit) designed for a range of DC-DC converters and other power management applications. The AUIRS20302S is a High-Voltage, High-Efficiency, Low-Noise Gate Driver IC (Integrated Circuit) that is capable of driving power MOSFETs and IGBTs with peak output current of up to 15A.

The AUIRS20302S is built on an advanced process technology for superior performance and low power consumption. It features various circuit protection and safety features such as Over Voltage Protection, Under Voltage Protection and Over Temperature Protection. The AUIRS20302S also comes with integrated drivers with inrush limiting to reduce noise and improve overall system efficiency.

The AUIRS20302S is designed for use in a variety of industrial applications as well as consumer applications, including DC/DC power converters, UPS systems, solar inverters, motor drives and automotive applications such as electric vehicles. Its high peak output current, advanced on-chip protection features and wide operating temperature range make it ideal for these demanding applications.

The AUIRS20302S’s High-Speed Gate Driver unit is capable of driving power MOSFETs and IGBTs with a switching frequency of up to 2MHz. It utilizes an adjustable oscillator that allows the internal dead time between High and Low Gate Drivers to be adjusted. Thanks to its wide common mode range, the AUIRS20302S is capable of driving high gates up to 30V.

The AUIRS20302S has over temperature protection as well as over voltage and under voltage protection. Its high switching speeds and low standby power consumption make it ideal for battery powered applications. It also features an auxiliary 5V input for controlling the driver’s enable pin via an external input.
