ISL9V5036S3ST is a member of Intersil’s family of low-voltage, single-channel insulated gate bipolar transistors (IGBTs). This device is designed specifically for power switching applications requiring low-priced, space-saving and reliable solution. This series of IGBTs permits operation at high voltages up to 600V and with currents up to 6A. Ideally suited for low voltage motor drives, general motor control applications and motor speed control, this family of IGBTs offers increased efficiency, power density, and switching frequency.

The ISL9V5036S3ST IGBT has a unique construction. A collector-emitter voltage of 600V is supported and the system can operation up to 6A with a low saturation voltage.
