JS28F128M29EWHF is based on the one-time programmable CMOS-electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (CEPROM) technology, utilizes the working principle of JS28-7P8 series. This one-time EPROM system uses a floating gate transistor as the basic cell of the memory, and is programmed by the Fowler-Nordheim (FN) channel hot electrons injection principle. After programming, the memory cells are securely latched and are no longer erasable.
Compared with the current EEPROM technology, the JS28F128M29EWHF can provide better performance, smaller die size, lower cost, higher programming and erasing speed and lower system power consumption. Furthermore, the lifetime of the product remains unabated for more than 10 years due to its reliable hardware design.
